Regarding Orders: Returns or claims are not accepted after 30 days. A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns. Returns must be authorized by Savel. Fabric or leather that is cut or that is not returned in its original packaging may not be returned. Fabrics that are backed, stain-treated, or flame retarded are being treated at the instructions of the client. The end result will solely be the responsibility of the client. Savel Inc. bills for finishing services as a courtesy. Savel bills on a pro forma basis.
